CORTEX SMS Notifications

How Consent Works

CORTEX is a single-user personal AI assistant. The account owner downloads the app from the Apple App Store, creates a personal account, and configures their own phone number.

During onboarding, a consent screen is displayed. The user must explicitly check a box agreeing to receive SMS notifications before any phone number is saved. No messages are sent until this consent is given.

Messages are sent exclusively to the registered account owner. CORTEX does not send messages to third parties, does not conduct marketing campaigns, and does not share phone numbers with any external parties.

Message Types

• Daily briefings and personal reminders
• Calendar and schedule alerts
• Account and finance notifications
• System status and automation confirmations
• Geofence-based personal alerts

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.

Reply HELP for support information.

Notifications can also be disabled at any time in the CORTEX app under Settings → Notifications.
