Family protections — full checklist
CORTEX Babies are not disposable mascots. They are companion, personality, and adaptation surfaces inside the CORTEX ecosystem. These controls apply before checkout, demo chat, download, or app unlock.

✓Checkout records acceptance version, timestamp, product, and linked policy URLs (Stripe metadata)
✓Babies are companion characters only — not medical, mental health, educational, tutoring, legal, financial, emergency, childcare, supervision, or safety monitoring services
✓No claim that a Baby physically protects children or replaces parental supervision
✓No emergency, therapy, childcare, school, or safety-monitor replacement claims
✓Parent/guardian acceptance required before checkout, app unlock, or safety-gated demo chat
✓Public demo blocks and must not collect child full name, school, address, phone, email, password, birthdate, medical details, or exact location
✓No hidden device scanning or private file access by default

✓AI Limitations Notice applies — companion replies may be inaccurate; not professional advice
Required legal acceptance (before purchase)
I confirm that I am a parent, guardian, or authorized adult where required. I understand that CORTEX Babies are digital companion characters for entertainment, encouragement, productivity, and age-appropriate support only. They are not medical, mental health, educational, tutoring, legal, financial, emergency, childcare, supervision, or safety services. I will not submit child private details in the public demo. I agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Children's Safety Notice, Digital Product License, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, and AI Limitations Notice.
